Cervical cancer is a disease that is feared by women. This cancer can only be formed relatively long, i.e. 10-20 years. So, how do we know 10 or 20 years we have cancer cervix? This time my article discusses the symptoms and how to prevent cervix cancer.
Symptoms of Cervical Cancer is considered unimportant and calculated simply because the body does not fit all. Such presumption arises because of the lack of public knowledge.
Here are the symptoms:

- Pain during sexual intercourse. While we were having sex, you feel pain that is not desired, then you are very likely to have cervical cancer.
- Indigestion. You experience chronic constipation and felt a bump when defecating, then you should quickly checked by a doctor.
- Fatigue. Even you have a break, but still feels stress and fatigue, this may be a sign of cervical cancer.
- An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Here are ways to prevent cervical cancer :
- Live a Healthy Lifestyle. Simple, eat nutritious foods and nutritious.
- Maintain Cleanliness. Sanitary hygiene and environmental hygiene as well.
- Do Not Smoke. If you are a smoker, immediately stop immediately.
- Avoid having sex at an early age.
- Faithful In Pairs. Do not change promiscuous especially with intercourse.
- Expand to eat vegetables.
