
Mayo Diet is the diet for 13 days in a row, and made 1 time in a year. This diet has been proven to make our bodies down and not make us become fat again as long as the Day of the 14th and then we eat normally (not an exaggeration).
The advantage is that if done really the weight will fall to 7-8 kg in 13 days.
Prohibition is just salt.
The condition is that the day should drink 8 glasses of water, do not use ice.
Here's the schedule of food eaten during this diet :
Days 1 and 8 :
- Morning = 1 cup of brewed coffee / tea with sugar 1 tablespoon.
- Day = 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 bunch of spinach and tomatoes.
- Night = 1.5 ounces of steak fries and lettuce sprinkled with orange citron
- Morning = 1 cup of brewed coffee / tea with sugar 1 tablespoon.
- Day = 1.5 ounces of steak fried / boiled, lettuce and 1 fresh fruit (pear).
- Night = 2.5 ounces of steamed chicken and 1 banana.
- Morning = 1 cup of brewed coffee / tea with sugar 1 tablespoon.
- Day = 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 bunch of spinach, tomato and pear.
- Night = 2.5 ounces of steamed chicken and lettuce sprinkled with orange citron.
- Morning = 1 cup of brewed coffee / tea with sugar 1 tablespoon and 1 slice of toast.
- Day = 1 boiled egg, carrots boiled briefly, and cream cheese 20 gr.
- Night = 1 full cup papaya, citron, and 1 cup of non-fat milk.
- Morning = 1 coarse grated raw carrot orange sprinkled citron.
- Day = 2.5 ounces chicken steamed with a little unsalted butter sauce.
- Night = 2.5 ounces of steak fried / poached, spinach and lettuce.
- Morning = 1 cup of brewed coffee / tea with sugar 1 tablespoon and 1 slice of toast.
- Day = 2.5 ounces of steamed chicken and lettuce sprinkled citron.
- Night = 2 boiled eggs and 1 coarse grated raw carrots sprinkled citron.
- Morning = 1 cup of brewed coffee / tea without sugar.
- Day = 1.5 ounces of steak fried / boiled and 1 fresh pear fruit.
- Night = 2 hard-boiled egg and 2 bananas.
Note: Do Once in a year
